Plenitud Azteca is a 100% Mexican company, founded in 2014, to create and disseminate two programs: CA YE CUALLI, to improve health, and IC IZA, The Fulfillment Challenge, to promote personal development.

Both programs are based on research conducted over 30 years into the wisdom of Aztec philosophy.

Founder and Director, Dr.h.c. Israel Ugalde, assembled a team of experts to ensure that the findings of these investigations were not limited to cultural information, but also benefited people by transforming their health and their mindset or  vision of life.

IC IZA, The Fulfillment Challenge, our goal is for this wisdom, combined with the latest in personal development, to reach the largest number of people worldwide, so that men and women can lead their lives in a better way. With solid values and a new mindset of triumph and happiness that leads us to create a wiser, more just, and more prosperous world.

We want this knowledge and wisdom to be a contribution from Mexico to the world.

​Dr.h.c. Israel Ugalde

​We seek to contribute with the knowledge of Aztec-Mexica culture to the benefit of the entire world, and to create a new global culture with principles and values stemming from love, wisdom, and goodness. And for Mexicans and Latin Americans to strengthen our identity, be proud of our roots, grow in self-esteem and personal security, and to reach our goals.

​Dr.h.c. Israel Ugalde also founded the International Human Unity Foundation so that any institution or person who cannot afford  to invest in their own personal development can benefit from the information and teachings of IC IZA, "The Fulfillment Challenge," and transform their way of living. The FIUH (In Spanish: Fundación Internacional Unidad Humana) is currently working, among other projects, to instill values and develop a new way of thinking in 30% of the population in Mexico City's prisons.

Businessman and Naturopathic Doctor, Founder/CEO of Plenitud Azteca, recipient of international awards and two Honoris Causa titles. Because of his love and passion for improving the quality of life of Mexicans, he has dedicated his efforts to rescuing our millenary wisdom. It transcends its work in the research and dissemination of educational and human formation programs based on the roots of our own culture, as an essential way of promoting fair development in our country. Her work with prisoners, immigrants, students and people who work in health and education institutions has impacted thousands of people, positively transforming their thinking, strengthening their identity and improving their quality of life.

Teresa Ochoa Rivera

She holds a PhD in Social Anthropology, with studies in Nutrition at the undergraduate and master's levels from the Universidad Iberoamericana de México and the University of Montpellier, France. Master's degree in Human Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana and specialization in Nutrition, Community Health and Development from the International Agricultural Center in Wageningen, Netherlands. A researcher dedicated to the system of nutrition and fasting among the ancient Mexicans, she is the author of several books, in which she contributes her knowledge and experience for the well-being of people.

Lily Domit Gemayel

Businesswoman, psychotherapist, writer and lecturer, she studied Communication Sciences at the Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City and specialized in Gestalt Psychotherapy for individuals and couples, as well as the influence of the mind on health with Dr. Bernie Siegel, in Connecticut and New York.
 
Co-founder of the Cálevi program, to promote the healthy relationship between the mind and emotions in health and which is taught in public and private hospitals in Mexico City and several states of the Republic. She has designed, disseminated and taught various Human Development programs, motivated by the conviction that the development and just progress of Mexico and the world must be based on the growth and fulfillment of the person. Co-founder and president of the Human Unity International Foundation, which supports low-income people to have access to personal development programs.

Mariana Arregui Trujillo

Originally from Guadalajara City, she studied Architecture at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente. He specialized in Urban Planning. At SOGEM, she studied creative writing, literature, and poetry. He was a member of the board of the Zapopan Art Museum, one of the most important in Jalisco.
Entrepreneur in the fields of interior design, restaurateur and hospitality for 25 years. She is co-founder of the Fundación Unidad Humana A.C., which supports human development programs. Practitioner of different spiritual paths for more than 20 years and as a result of transforming his life thanks to Aztec wisdom, he currently practices and teaches it by giving courses and seminars in different parts of the world.

José Hernández Garduño

A lawyer with a master's degree in Amparo, his capacity as a businessman and advisor on labor law issues has given him for more than nineteen years, the knowledge to understand the phenomenology of social and economic relations between work groups.
 
For the past eight years he has ventured into the world of public speaking and has participated in various growth programs, giving courses and talks in Mexico City, Madrid and the United States. He has received various awards, such as the "ambassador of peace" award in cooperation with the UN, UNESCO, OAS, IACHR and CNDH.

Juan Meza Román

He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana as well as a Specialty in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from the Universidad Panamericana. His professional practice includes relevant positions in the country's most important private banking institutions. As a result of finding the wisdom of the Aztec people, he experienced a change in his life that led him to fulfillment and success and today he serves as a certified Mediator of Mexico City and the State of Mexico and is a collaborator and lecturer of Plenitud Azteca.
